At the Ordinary General Meeting and its Board of Directors on July 1, 2020, the resolution to appoint Tatsuya Nishimura, the Vice President as the new President and Representative
Director of the Company has been adopted.At the same meeting held on the same day, the resolution to appoint Seiji Nishimura, the President and Representative Director as the new Chairman and Representative Director of the Company has been adopted.

As the new function, “New” Oscillation ON/OFF Switch (Toggle switch) is installed in Ultrasonic Polishing Machine SF-355 / ST-360. This Toggle switch is installed into the machine body in order to be able to change over the ultrasonic oscillation ON or OFF by hand easier.
