UF-0101
(1) Maximum output power is 100W and this is the most powerful model in our product range and high-grade type. Rough polishing and Grinding can be made aggressively.
(2) On the other hand, Ultra-fine polishing can be done in NANO function as the special function. In NANO function, the amplitude output value can be adjusted in the Ultra-micro range under 1 micro meter. NANO function is suitable for the ultra-fine polishing and the manual delicate work. The delicate polishing work that was possible only by hand work can be made with UF-0101.
(3) We are preparing 2 types of the hand pieces for UF-0101, one is the Large-sized hand piece No. UF-7401 is very powerful. Another type is very light and compact sized hand piece No.UF-9701.

(2) You can use it as the Ultrasonic polishing machine if you attach the New Super Stone.

(4) You can also use it for the geological survey and the fossil cleaning as we are preparing the optional tools. If attaching the curved tools which the tip is bent, it can rake out the extra soil and can dig a hole at pin point.
(5) It is suitable for Removal of the pattern cut-resist film on the printed circuit board (PCB).

(1) As the main application, it removes the machined deformation layer on the surface formed by the electric discharge machining (EDM) in the Mold & Die.

Diamond Rabin is the special rubberized mounted point which “Diamond abrasive grain” and “Excellent Rubber features” are mixed up. This combination of “Diamond” and “Rubber” developed by Daiwa original technique gives you the best performance means the best polishing & grinding ability.
* In addition to the above specifications (size and grain size), we can also manufacture the customed Diamond Rabin according to the customer’s request.
* Basically, any types of Diamond Rabin are manufactured after confirmation of the specification.Big Advantage
(1) Instead of using diamond paste and felt buffs, we recommend using Diamond Rabin. In case of the felt buffs, the shape of the felt buffs may be broken while using it. Diamond Rabin does not lose its shape and the polishing work can be made continuously without stopping work.
(2) Considering the Diamond Rabin as the alternative to the diamond paste, you will be released from a troublesome task such as the after-treatment or cleaning up after using the diamond paste and can reduce the cost.
Note : When using the Diamond Rain first, please try to use it from the low rotation speed (3,000 rpm – 10,000 rpm)

POLYMOND is the special abrasive diamond sheet which is stirred and mixed with diamond grits and the highest heat-proof Polyimide resin for ultra precision lapping / polishing.
What’s the difference between the general sheet (coating type) and POLYMOND ?
The difference is the manufacturing method and structures as follows.
The manufacturing method for POLYMOND is the “Stirred and Mixed method”, Diamond grits are mixed and stirred with Polymide, a resin highly resistant to high heat and chemicals.
General type sheet (diamond coated type) is used up when grits coated on the surface are worn out.
On the other hand, the “Stirred and Mixed method” type sheet can contain grits within the resin.
Therefore, you will be able to use up the POLYMOND sheet from top to bottom.Advantage
1) Diamond grits are combined with high strength and heat-resistance Polyimide resin by using a new technique of stir and mixture in one body. The grit maintaining force is remarkably strong, gives longer life and lower in cost performance.
2) Because of the high strength and high heat-resistance, the sheet itself has large flexional strength high elasticity and high tensile strength.
3) POLYMOND shows excellent effect on polishing hard-but-brittle materials.

Rapid Rabin is the rubberized mounted point and can be used with air grinders or high-speed rotation micro grinders.
The maximum rotation speed for standard items(max size 10φ) is 30,000r.p.m., however Rapid Rabin allows 50,000r.p.m. Compared to conventional items, strength of bond was improved and stainless shank was adapted, which enable you to use without any concerns even in high speed ration.

As for the ceramic fiber brush, each one of its bristles is abrasives, it has high grinding force than the ordinal brush but has a soft touch. It achieves “appropriate” and preventing excessive shaving.
If you want to make an angle on the tip of the brush, turn the brush and shape it by touching the electrodeposition files. By doing this, you can easily dress a tool.

As the new function, “New” Oscillation ON/OFF Switch (Toggle switch) is installed in Ultrasonic Polishing Machine SF-355 / ST-360. This Toggle switch is installed into the machine body in order to be able to change over the ultrasonic oscillation ON or OFF by hand easier.
