• Mounted NSS (Mounted New Super Stone) is a ceramic stone round type
  and 3 diameters are available, 2.0mm, 1.5mm and 1.0mm. and the shaft diameter is 3.0 mm, and made of stainless steel.

  By mounting it to the shaft, it can be used with rotating tools such as electric grinders, air grinders and the ultrasonic hand piece. It is difficult to break.

  So there is no problem even if you use it at a high rotation speed of 50,000 – 60,000 rpm but when using it with the rotary tools, please wear the protective glasses for the safety. As a characteristic of the ceramic stones , it has grinding power on the entire surface, therefore, you can use the tip and sides for deburring and finishing polishing, and removal of hardened layers after electrical discharge machining (EDM) .

  By processing the tip with electroplated diamond point or diamond dresser, and making it a small diameter, sharp angle, and R shape, it is possible to process small holes and polish narrow places that are normally difficult to reach.

  It is suitable for general steel, mold steel, stainless steel, various alloy steels, aluminum, etc.
